If the motor and drum are turning, the most likely thing wrong is the element or high limit switch. You will need to take the back off to see. The e!ement is obvious to see, but you need to look for little round switches about a 1/4" thick and the size of a quarter or so.They need to be tested with an ohm meter. A shop can test them but they should read 0 or close to it if working. Reyna, Check door/ lid switch, by pass if you can, just to try and see if it runs.
