Hello sure..... Usually when the chain won't move it is because the chain is too tight on the bar. Adjust the chain by loosening it a bit, also put some chain oil directly on the chain. Then rotate the chain manually. If the chain is properly adjusted you should be able to pick it up just off of the bar on the top side in the middle, just enough to clear the bar. Also, the chain should be able to be moved manually around the bar with a wee bit of hand pressure. Joe
