Try to turn off the unit and let it rest for an hour. Try to tear down the unit and check the exhaust fan if it is connected properly to its parts. Check the wires and the fan itself if there are dust or dirt on it. Then put back the unit from its tear down and turn it on and observe if the fan cools the compressor. If not, then you have to call the manufacturer and replace your exhaust fan via repair center...
