I have no worked on a new world oven, but i will assume you speak of a convection oven. Typically convection ovens have a door switch a motor and a run/start capacitor which helps the motor "turn over". I suggest, you have the oven cool, remove anything blocking the convection motor. Take your hand and spin the wheel, then while its spinning turn it on. You may have to try counter or clockwise. If you cant spin it at all, you have a bad motor, if the motor starts up with your manual assistance, the capacitor is bad. If there is not even a hum, a door switch is faulty, that or the motor has a thermal overload (usually a red button on the motor that needs resetting).
