You have no speeds at all ? There are two fuse's , HVAC 20 A fuse in the right side Instrument fuse box . This fuse powers lo , m1, m2 , an m3 , High speed has a 30 A fuse HI BLO MOT.under hood fuse/ relay box an HVAC BLOWER Relay ! If you have no speeds at all I would suspected the motor, Check power at the blower motor connector purple wire. Black wire is ground ,check it too ! Look at the connector an see if it is burnt , if it is you will need to replace it ! When the motor starts to go bad it draws a lot of currant an melts the plastic connector !
Only 4 items in fan circuit I think; Fan motor, ballast speed resistor, switch and fuse. If you can access the single wire connected directly to the motor, you can use a jumper wire to batt + to check motor.
