The faucet continues to run when using the side spray
I installed a new Marielle about a month ago. Everything was working fine. After installing new counter tops the faucet was apparently reinstalled incorrectly and after a few days of seemingly correct operation, the faucet began to pulse when operated (cavitate?) resulting in a drop in pressure to the faucet and causing the side spray to leak. There may have been a slight kink in one of the supply lines causing the problem. After disassembling/reinstalling the entire faucet assembly everything seems to work fine, except that the faucet keeps running at reduced pressure when using the side spray. Also, when I removed the diverting tee a O ring dropped of the end of the mounting body. I assumed that is was supposed to fit inside the diverter tee and replaced it. The mounting body also has an O ring which is in place. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Under the neck of the faucet is a small cone in the side of the body.this is your spray diverter,it may be clogged,it may be spring loaded or a presure valve you must remove and clean. then it will work right.
