Report "The faucet leaks around the bottom when turning from side to side. I think the O ring needs replaced, but have had no luck in taking the faucet apart. I removed the white plastic cover and took the screw out, but couldn't get the handle off. Not sure if there's something else to remove or if some type of puller is required? Please advise"
