Its the Blower Resistor. Check under the hood and see if your Blower motor wires are under the hood or not. If they are, trace them back across the Firewall to a connector which has 2 screws holding a part into the ductwork.
Tap on this connector with the handle of a screwdriver and it may wake up. If not when you get a new part you can connect the new part to the wires before removing the old part. The blower should work immediately.
Now this part is ridiculously expensive. There is a built-in Diagnostic on the Climate Control. A technician can get a readout in less than 4 minutes by entering a trigger code. The Climate Control has its own set of Codes apart from motor scanners. This would verify a bad part. Each Climate Control by Model type and year can have a different trigger code. The Dealer and maybe some A/C repair shops have this info.
Or you can call some Salvage yards and ask about Warranty and price for the Blower Motor Resistor. The parts are available in the aftermarket. In some cases the Salvage yards can have equal or better Warranties.
