The FujiFilm XP10 is supposed to be shock resistant up to 3 feet. On accident, I dropped it, but it was only about a foot from the ground. Since then, every time I've turned it on, the screen has read zoom error. Because it is waterproof, the lens are safely kept under what seems to be acrylic casing. How can I fix this?

You probably can't, but Fuji probably can. Send it in as a warranty claim and you should receive either your camera back in a repaired state or a replacement for it. Fuji is usually able to determine whether the impact exceeds the impact resistant specifications or not.
