I had exact same issue and just fixed it before hubby did! . * bows* Unplug the unit. Then go to the bottom of the outside of the garbarator and press the black reset button underneath, then take the alan key and jiggle it around. It didn't work the first 4 times I tried, but then I felt around the inside of the sink/mouth of garbarator (WITH UNIT UNPLUGGED) and cleared away any debris. then ran water while I did so. Then jiggled it again with the alan key while my hand was manually trying to make it move inside the sink with water running. I have no idea what it was, but it dislodged. I plugged it back in, ran the water, and BAM she works!
