Report "The general alarm will not turn off on my delonghi ECAM23450. I have cleaned the inside as instructed and when turned back on heats, rinses then stays on heating up. Tried turning all off and leaving for hours no good. Can not look at menu etc as will not change the screen . Annoying just on Xmas when coffee needed. Please can you help? Is it fixable or not?
