The green light comes on then turns to yellow
I have a Proview PD46AG1 and when I plug the power cord in a flip the little switch on the back a yellow light comes on in the front and then immediately changes to a flashing red light for 7 blinks and then turns to a solid red light. That all happens before hitting any buttons on the front of the TV.
Then once I hit the power button on the front of the TV a yellow light appears and you hear two clicks like a relay is kicking in and you wait a couple seconds and then you hear another click the green light comes on and it sounds like the speakers try to kick in, but you have no sound or picture that I can see. Once the green light kicks on and you try to turn the TV off via the power button it is like it is locked up. The green light stays on and you can't flip it off without going to the back of the TV to flip the main power switch.
There is another board on the inside of the TV it is under what I believe is the small signal board it has a lot of microprocessor and such attached to it and also has a few ribbon cable coming from the bottom of the TV and 1 from each side. This board has a couple of small LED's that one lights up green initially when the TV power button is pushed and then it flashes red a couple times and goes out completely. The board info is as follows:

Let me know what you think it may be. I can easily replace a board just not sure if it is the power board or somewhere else.

If you look at the capacitors on the boards you will find several of them that are domed or blown, these are the most likely cause of the problem. you can find replacements for any capacitor online at electronics supply stores, like radio shack but don't try them they don't supply enough different types. you can also find examples of blown capacitors by doing a search for "blown capacitor image" on any web search. unsoldering these bad caps and replacing them with identical values like 220uf (microfarradys) and say 25 v(volts). these caps have a + side and a - side the caps are marked and so is the board. hope this helps.
