The green light on the mic just keeps blinking and the whole thing doesn't turn on any more. we tried switching batteries but it still doesn't work. the cradle where we put the mic doesn't turn on. It seems that the red lights on the base should go on once the microphone is in. Apparently the base is not reading the mics....Why? please help

The internal mic port is got faulty.or got internally loose from the inner mini circuit board.if its faulty it needs replacement if its got loose then it needs re soldering.just get it checked by local electrical part repair technician. hold the unit in your hand tight and shake it for couple of minutes.also tap the sides of the unit with your hand.then check out if the mic connection got bit moved it will come in the position but if not then checking the internal port is the option to locate the fault.

Well first of all you can switch off your whole unit by removing the battery from mic and the base unit, just leave it for 10 minutes then insert the battery's again and press the power button located on the base unit, this helps you to reconnect the mic, please post comments if further you have the same problem.........
