The hand wheel on my Consew 206RB-1 is locked up. The wheel won't turn at all, even when the machine is placed back and the pressure is off the belt. Was working fine until this happened. What do I do

Find a local sewing machine repair shop and take it in, something is broken that caused this jam up.
I took the machine to a local shop. The bobbin thread was stuck. They turned the wheel backwards - clockwise using some force and solved the problem. I probably could have done this at home.
You said the "wheel would not turn at all", and I quote, so the repair shop seemed the best option for you.
