I have a client that has a Nortel M7208. She had forward the phone line to another extension. When she was doens she released the forward. now the handset does not work. To get the phone to work we had to move the handset to the headset port on the back of the phone. To troubleshoot we replaced the ohone with a second known good phone and it did the same thing. I ahve been unable to find a way yo get it to work. Any help would be greatly apprecaited
