The hole in the fridge, above the food bins is not draining. i've tried to unlodge anything from it but it is still blocked, and the water is overflowing into the food bins. what should be used to unclog it?

U need to disconnect the refrigerator from the wall socket first, Leave doors open ,for at least 3 hours. Use a 3/8 inch hose .Place the hose on the hole firmly and blow through , if can blow a mouth full of water This clears the way perfectly.
