The hook on my Juki 562 does not go around; goes around in reverse; goes around a bit but then stops. What should I adjust to get it to work
The Juki has been in storage for years. I have oiled every oil point. Also, I can only turn the balance wheel when the v-belt is removed.

Is the motor 110? or 220/3 phase. If the wires are reversed on the motor, it will only run backwards.
