The hydraulic flap of my Denon surround amplifier (AVC-2800) doesn't function anymore. The problem is closing it by hearing a "click" . When I press on it , it comes back and stay opened. How can I fix it ? thank you

If you open the front assembly which is the front flap door and fittings, the flaps are controlled to move softly by having it linked to a slow damper piston . This has a piston with a washer moving in a cylinder which reduces the motion of the flap to move very softly aided with the spring tension.
It is possible that this piston damper is damaged and must be replaced.
