The key will lock all of doors except the driver
The key will lock all of the doors except the driver's door when I press the lock button. I must manually lock the driver's door.

The most likely cause is a faulty lock actuator assembly ( or a loose connection to it ) in the door itself. The inner door panel will most likely have to be removed, the lock actuator (or motor) tested and, if defective, replaced.
