The lights are flashing and it will not do anything. I plugged it in and it shows 2 red lights, 2 yellow , and 4 green . It is moving from left to right since I plugged it in an hour ago

Make sure that you are charging the chair 12-14 hrs before driving. charge with the joystick on, make sure both freewheel levers are in locked position.
