The lights in the refrigerator suddenly stopped working even though the refrigerator is running. Tried replacing the bulbs, it is not the bulbs. Why would the lights stop working?

I'm sorry to hear that the lights in your Sub-zero unit are not working. It is unlikely that all the bulbs went out at the same time. You most likely have a bad light switch. If you open the refrigerator door & look upwards you will see two white switches. The switch on the left controls the lights. The part number to this light switch is 7014646.We can supply you with light switch replacement instructions if you contact us directly.Make sure that you turn the unit off at the circuit breaker before changing the light switch.
