I see you posted this twice, but I'll chip in 2c here. It could cause low flow and might be replaceable, but hard to tell without knowing how much bend or what kind of line you are talking about. Most bends wouldn't affect things much when compared to all the bends in your sprayer hose. But if it's kinked or pinched, a future leak is more concern than low flow. Best thing would be to have the installer decide or take it to a faucet shop or big box store and see if they have the part you are looking for.

My sprayer hose suddenly got low flow due to air in the lines from other plumbing work. Taking the faucet head off and flushing any sediment out fixed it, but it was probably just releasing a partial vacuum.

Yes any bend not made properly will affect the flow also makes a week spot.
