First make sure you have the door handing set properly. Retract the bolt manually if extended. Now press the lock button... If the unit extends the bolt, then you're good. If not, switch the jumper position on the control board. If it's covering pins 1&2, move it to cover 2&3 or vice versa. To program code #1.. Push the program button on the control board once. Enter your 4-8 digit code. Push the lock button to end the entry. The unit will emit a 2-second long beep. If it doesn't beep, you were too slow. Try again. To program code #2, press the program button on the control board TWICE. Enter your 4-8 digit code. Push the lock button to end the entry. As before, the unit will emit a 2-second long beep when a successful entry is made. Test your codes with the door open just to be sure.
