The machine (Breadman 2700) is brand new. I was making my first bread and I started noticing the the machines was biefling pausing while kneading which is not normal ( I already have one of this machines). Then I decided to stop it. Then, after cleaning the container I tried it once again, however the motor did not start, all what I hear is a clicking sound and the paddle barely moving. I opened to the bottom of the machine and the belt is properly placed. I wonder what went wrong. maybe a fuse?
I doubt that a fuse is blown, since the paddle struggles to move. The problem is going to either be a loose or broken paddle connection, or a bad motor drive. Couldn't find anyone else that had this exact problem, so there's not much to go on. If it's brand new, I would complain and see if you could get a replacement, since it's obviously defective. Wish I had more, and hope this helps.
I even took the paddle out to see if I could see the axle moving, and it barely moves.... and all what I hear is a clicking sound and the cycles seems to be working. The motor does not seem to be working....
I know that I could get a replecement. The problem is that this a a gift to my mother who lives in South America......
Thanks anyway....I even took the paddle out to see if I could see the axle moving, and it barely moves.... and all what I hear is a clicking sound and the cycles seems to be working. The motor does not seem to be working....
