Hi, Take the bread pan out of the machine and see if you can rotate the paddle by hand. If you can't then the sealed bearing on the bottom of the pan is frozen and you need a new bread pan. If it turns freely keep the pan out of the machine and start a kneading cycle. Look through the lid window to see if the motor shaft is turning. If not, the belt has slipped off the pulley or it has snapped. Hank
