Push the reset button on the side of the system (a paperclip works well for this). Also, remove the card and put in again. If this doesn't work go to Navigons website and make sure you've downloaded all the software updates. Make sure your unit is fully charged as well. Don't waste your time emailing Navigon's CS online help....I attempted to contact them on 3 separate occassions and never got a response. Good luck. Hope one of my work-arounds helps you.
