The model number is QJ50Qt-5, How much oil should you keep in the scooter? There is no dip stick on the cap, there is screen inside the opening. Also, the second cap on the oil tank has wires and a float attached. Is this a interlock?, that if there is not the correct amount of oil this will not allow the scooter to start?
