Report "The motor that activated the purifier is no longer running, the filter light is on and I have changed the filters, but still the motor will not run. It is only 1.5 years old. Does anyone have a solution and failing this does anyone know the address and phone number in Vancouver BC. Someone once told me it was on West Pender street, but I cannot find it. Any suggestions welcome"
