Report "The noise level of the clippers was deafening upon first use. Followed the packages nominal instrucitons to adjust the power screw clockwise and back off to drop the noise level to something normal. This did not work. Unscrewed to cutter head to position the blades, thinking that would help and the base plate to the head came off. Now, without instructions, I do not know how to reassemble the shears. Do you have some more detailed instructions on how to get these clippers back together and functioning properly?"
