Report "The orange idicator light is flashing. This was my Moms chair, she pasted on. The chair sat for a long time. The batteries went dead. The on board charger would not charge the batteries, they were too low . I unplugged the controller and charged the batteries with a 12 volt charger, the I hooked everything back up. Everything seems to work except the chair won't move...Does the chair need to be reset?"
