The oven has an earthing fault. We suspect an element but have been advised that there may be a control panel issue too. Is there a manual to diassemble these ovens and are there any known issues with these ovens?

A commoin fault is for the main oven element to fail.
Try disconnecting it and see if the earth fault disappears.
