The pads have a real pungent odor like cat urine. The smell permeates the house within 2 minutes. What can be done to get rid of the smell and how long does it take to get rid of the smell completely? The odor is making us ill

You can try vineger towash it down just pour it in and let it work I would use a gallon. the onlyother thing you can do is chage the media and still wacsh it down with vinegar.. Hope this helps let me know Jon
Sorry master cool pads our not cheap mine were $124.00 so all you can do is run it tell the smell from the glue finally goes away. It sucks but great cooler
