The pen does not have any sound coming out of it. I have tried to reset it, change batteries, and everything. Yet, the blue light comes on, so I know it starts, but no sound will come out. How do I fix this? Also, one of our papers did not come with an access code, so there is no way for me to register this pen online. How would I come about doing this?
