The polycom is not accepting leader passcodes for AT&T conference numbers. It is picking up the numbers 2 or 3 times when entered, then saying the passcode is invalid. It does accept the conference number dialed and the participant passcode-just not the leaders. We have verified with AT&T that the issue is not on their end

Likely it's a problem with your complex phone switch. Do you have VOIP?
