The port charger is roken and the display screen is dead. I am not able to charge the phone. is threre any way to repair this so i can get all my information downloaded into my new phone?

Hi, since the charger to your phone is broken and the phone is dead, what you need to do is either to get a new charger or get a universal/desktop charger to charger the battery of the phone and put it back in the phone so you can switch it on to get your information out.
The best option should in case you cannot get the charger or the charging port of the phone is damaged is to get a universal/desktop charger as i have said earlier...

Hi, yes you are right, it is through the port that you charge the phone and once it is damaged, you can either fix it by taking it to a mobile phone technician or buy a universal/desktop charger to charge the battery....
