The power cable does not fit snugly into the back of the pump and even the slightest movement causes it to turn off the unit, thus is not charging. I have this problem with more than one of the power cables. Now what?

Do you have an ePump or Joey? If it's an ePump, You should check the holes inside the power port on the ePump and make sure none of the connector pins have been bent inwards. It can be hard to see and easy to overlook. If the power cords are in good shape they could just be stiff. Sometimes it takes upwards of 5 pounds of force to get them to click in.

You need to call the company, they will send a replacement, explain to them this is the second one
