Protron filed banruptcy so that they wont be responsible for selling you a lemon, they covered their asses, theres no solution to their tv or electronic problems, they are a bootlegged company, dont bother calling customer service they are some people in india telling you the same thing every time you call, in other words , they dont even know who protron is, they are paid to say whatever and probably paid one dollar an hour, my tv never worked i bought it from national wholesale liquidators and i suggest no one ever buys anything from this store either, they are a rip off! i lost $900. and sad to say so did everyone else that invested money in protrn/sprectroniq
