Report "The printer will not print. it pulls the paper rearward then seems to freeze. the lcd displays the computer connected to the printer with a hourglass in the lower right corner. at this point it is uresponsive. i have replaced the ink and used differant amounts of paper in the tray. i have yet to get it to print anything. i have a mac and have tried to use photoshop and preview. please help"
