The problem I have is that none of the wheels seem to be holding air. They will pump up but as soon as the pump is removed from the valve the air starts to leak out. Any suggestions please? Robyn

Put some soapy water in the valve top and see if it bubbles. Yes it's the valve no it's the tube. Most strollers use the same valves, tubes and tires as kiddy bikes so check out your local bike shop.
