The program feature on this isn't working. It did at one point, we used it a couple of times when we first bought it, but haven't in the past few months, I tried to set it tonight, and it doesn't seem to be working, the green light that should go on to signal that it's been set isn't going on, no noise or anything else to indicate it's set either. Ideas?

Have you tried unplugging the unit? Many of today's appliances have microprocessors in the unit's main board. The microprocessors tend to reset after leaving an appliance unplugged for a period of time. Sometimes the period of time for the unit to reset (being unplugged) can vary.
