Well there are a lot of things you can try at this point. Now are you getting any error at all when you print from this program? After you print does your job come up int the print queue? If so what does it say? Have you tried reinstalling your printer, even though I suspect that is not the problem. Another thing you may want to try and do to isolate the problem is install the software on a different computer, take one of your files that you are trying to print with the software now and transfer it to the other computer with the software and see if that computer has any problem printing. Also I would definitely recommend contacting arcsoft directly and let them know of the issue your having as they may have already had this issue brought up and know the exact fix or even have a patch available.
