The radio is on, no sound comes on, all wires checked
The XM is hooked up to a Bose radio, which was working just fine until I tried it yesterday. The screen in the box is lit with the channel showing. I have checked out all connections but no sound. I tried 4 phone calls to you, but everyone I talked to put me on hold and I finally gave up after 10 minutes with each one. What's wrong?

Check if your speaker cables are connected very well.
Use a battery remove your speaker cables test them with the battery for signal.
Check and reconnect everything you connected to your bose radio.you will here a sound . take care.
