The receiver is getting the pilot signal but nothing else from the mic. I have put a different mic on the same frequency and it works so I know the problem is the mic. This mic was used one time and it worked fine until the next time I turned it on
A friend had the same issue and bought 2 mics brand new out of the box after a few minutes of use 1 quit working it turned out one of the wires had disconnected from the soldering we simply re-soldered the wire back into position took some doing but fixed it this was the wire within the plug to the mic ...this may be your issue as well
OK my mistake ,im unsure on that one but it should have a transmit code perhaps yeah i had best let you refer this issue to a better equipped /knowledgeable expert on that one {sorry } i couldn't assist you

without a scope it will be impossible to see if the signals that are supposed to be coming out are I cannot advise you without knowing the readings we would get from a scope

Sounds like the mic has an internal fault can you swap it for a new one?
do you have an oscilloscope?

Can you try this mic somewhere else?
Does it require phantom power?
