Report "The red light will lit up when i'll push the switch down but after 2-5minutes when the rice starts to boil,it will switch to keep warm mode.Then if i will switch it on again for cooking cycle it will not stick to down position anymore.i end up putting something to keep it from going up, then just wait for the rice to be cooked then take out the stick i've inserted on the switch and it will proceed with the keep warm cycle"
