It almost seems like the entire door needs to be lifted 1/8 inch or so. The bottom hinge does not appear to be bent, but I am not exactly sure

The bottom cam should be in 2 parts, one on door and one one lower hinge. Sounds like your missing one of them. I would replace both of them at the same time to fix the problem. Good Luck
