Adjust the valve by the bottom of the burner on the lines end by turning it counter clockwise to achieve a blue flame
DRAW ME A PICTURE. THE ONLY THING THAT COMES CLOSE TO LOOKING LIKE A VALVE APPEARS TO REGULATE THE AMOUNT OF AIR GOING INTO THE BURNER. MOVING THIS HAD NO AFFECT AT ALL.
