Nope.. Your belt is bad or the flywheel on the brushroll has come off. depending on the age of this oreck belt access may be as easy as a side panel. Older models require the removal of the screws in the bottom of the unit. If your not mechanically inclined take it to a vac shop. The cost will be minimal. Belts are normally 3 to 5 dollars.. they'll probably charge 10 for labor.
