I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND I WENT TO WWW.BUGGYPITSTOP.CO.UK AND ASKED FRED WHO TOLD ME TO LUBRICATE THE BOTTONS AND IT DID THE TRICK FOR ME. VERY HELPFUL SITE I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO THIS SITE.
