Contact Kohlet online or there 1 800 number. They have all the parts but they also charge a lot.
Me I would turn on cut-off valve then go to Home Depot or Lowes and explain problem and tell model 703 and they can look it up and order your parts. They may even be cheaper then from Kohler.
