The machine can not move at all anytime i push the motor pedal, it keeps telling me

Turn off the power supply and open the needle plate.
Remove the bobbin and bobbin case.
Clean the shuttle and surrounding area from any lint or thread that may have accumulated during use.
If the problem continues, the machine will need to be serviced by a Brother dealer.
